Fire crews with the Flagstaff Fire Department are planning on conducting broadcast burns in the city next week.

According to information from the fire department, the burns — about 30 acres — will be at Buffalo and McPherson parks. The burns will depend on approval from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and weather and fire conditions.
