A Flagstaff woman accused of using customer names and taking out fake loans to keep her ailing tractor dealership, The Tractor Guy, afloat has pleaded innocent to the charges.
Jill R. Lowell, 39, waived her presence in Coconino County Superior Court Monday and pleaded innocent to the charges through her attorney, according to court documents.
Lowell has been charged with one count of fraud, one count of theft, one county of aggravated taking the identity of another, six counts of forgery, one count of attempted fraud and one county of giving false information to police.
Lowell has been released from jail on $50,000 bond. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 7.
